It is irrefutable that with the increase of technologies in our life, a lot of movies and TV shows are always introduced to the audience. It is believed by some people that it is a waste of time and could have negative impact on them while others opine that some TV shows and movies could be valuable and useful. In this essay, i will discuss both sides followed by a conclusion. To begin with, there are some negative impacts of TV shows and movies. Firstly, there are a lot of movies contain violence scenes which encourage the individuals especially teenagers to become irresponsible toward themself and their society. For example, some teenagers get influnced by movies and try to copy their irresponsible action in their real life. Sometimes it can become dangerous for their life. Secondly, watching the TV shows a long period of time could negatively affect the physical health of people and could cause serious health problem such as vision problem. On the other hand, there are also some positive sides of TV shows and movies. The first and the foremost is that there are a lot of educational shows on TV and it is considered as a source of information and knowledge. For instance, there are some TV channel such as Discovery, which provide a wide range of knowledge about the nature and the animals to the people. In addition to this, the movies also consider as a source of entertainment for the majority of the individuals and there are various types of movies like as comedy, action and educational movies. In conclusion, although there are some positive effects of TV shows and movies such as providing the people use information and knowledge about various sources, there are some negative effects also like as encourage the violence. Moreover, it could cause serious problem about health that could lead to some physical issue later.
