Dear Sir, I am Bhagyashri Chavan, student of computer engineering from St. John college. I am writing to this letter to inform you about the lost of the book which I borrowed from your library. Last week, I borrowed a book "C language" from your library. I am living as a paying guest with one family, that's why I'm commute from my living place to college from local bus service. Unfortunately, yesterday, I missed this book on the bus that I took. I contacted the bus authority and they could not help me to found the book. I assume it has been lost or somebody must have picked it up. Could you please let me know what I have to do now? I'm not completely aware of the process a member has to follow to compansate for a lost book. However, I am ready to pay full amount to buy another copy of the book.
