Literally I have spent my young age period helping my mother’s small business. While I am completing my bachelor degree, I founded a Tailoring shop and produced a women's clothing brand. As an employer, I am currently working at a Non-profit Organization. I have worked as a clothing designer for individual customers and created a woman clothing brand. I could employ some jobless young women by providing the sewing training. Moreover, I produced the local woman clothing brand with reasonable pricing, especially distributed to the rural area as a major target place. I have promoted my clothing brand by using digital and traditional marketing to reach the sales target in the market. As a result, I could get customer brand awareness and high demand sales. I suspended my firm after 4 years because I assumed myself who required the skills of human resource management and distribution sectors. I have been working as Marketing and Public Relations Officer in a Non-profit Education Organization as I want to get knowledge of organizational structure acquisition. My responsibilities are observing and conducting course creation processes and managing the education platforms for online courses targeted to the self-active learners who want to access from online to start up their business and even SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) owners who live in rural (or) remote areas in Myanmar. I could implement the tactics of a marketing campaign with my manager and build up the registered students on the platform where they are running the courses with fewer students than before I worked. I established to expand the network such as social media networks and undertake to maintain audience loyalty, get brand awareness and engagements. I could try to exceed the student calls for most courses and I supported the students as a facilitator named Entrepreneurship awareness online training to implement their business plan ideas.
