Some people say that relationships should be based on honesty and trust. Others believe that it is sometimes necessary to be dishonest in order to maintain harmony. Which approach do you consider to be better in relationships and why?

Humans are social creatures who create relationships with others for their survival. Even though the basement of these relationships is trust and honesty, in some circumstances, they break the honesty. Some believe they do it for peace, however, in my opinion, I believe being honest is a basic requirement in a relationship, and this essay will discuss the reasons for that. It is undeniable, that the relationship may not exist if the involved parties are unreliable. For an instance, over the years, the teacher and student bond is very strict due to the reliability of the teacher. The education department recruits people with excellent characters and educational levels in order to build quality relationships with students. If teachers s unreliable, the entire society will reject the school. As a consequence, teachers never break the trust to have a peaceful classroom, instead, they provide the truth to their students. On the other hand, if people are unable to trust their partners, the respect and the strength of the connection deteriorate. When a husband cheats on his wife, family issues arise. For example, many married couples suffer from anxiety, depression, and stress, when they can not trust their counterpart. Eventually, the emotions, such as companionship and love will be faded away within this situation. Actually, although, some men lie to their wives to have a friendly environment inside of the house, the truth is always revealed. Therefore it is the best decision is to get in a connection is to avoid lies. Additionally, people must understand the faults of members, because there is no human existence, who does not commit a mistake. If people realize this, lying is unnecessary. Better understanding is mainly based on trust and honesty. In conclusion, reliability and honesty are the two key factors which create quality relationships. In my view, it is important to maintain those factors due to avoid social issues and to have a peaceful environment and better understanding.
