I am Ceren Yuksel. I have become a person who likes to take risks for this purpose, who has been trying to make a difference all her life. I can say that my first risk was my choice of profession, despite all the reactions I received from around me, I became a biomedical engineer. I know that it is the profession of the future and it was one of my dreams to integrate them into my business by developing technologies that help people in the field of health. And I have worked hard to achieve this goal of mine. I realized my projects by contacting doctors in America when there was no one I could learn destructive technologies from in my country and get help from. I have worked in many fields to find my interest. I want to be a good project manager. As an engineer in this field, I had to understand all technologies, so I learned about emerging technologies and current technologies in the field of health, I learned what was being done from their experts. And we talked about the point of what can be done with constant mutual consultations. I am very prone to teamwork in the studies I have been in and I have become the manager of the projects I have been in. I have constantly improved myself to understand the project well, to be a good team leader. Then I am studying for my master's degree at the best university in the country to become an expert in my profession, where I am also working on Alzheimer's disease, which is our family disease. I believe that Alzheimer's disease, like any disease, has a cure, I chose my master's thesis in this field to contribute to the research of this topic. I have been selected among the future women leaders fellows organized by Sanofi & Kagider in my country dec At the same time, I am continuing my career in a pharmaceutical company to contribute to healing people. I will constantly work to be useful to humanity. I am developing myself a lot in these areas and I am shining with my knowledge where I am. And I have full faith that one day I will become the future female leader in my field.
