In the traditional method, we had 3 processes in 3 separated devices and distillation with 3 kinds of. Total time to produce alcohol with this method was 86 hours but the composite must been transferred from one device to another for the next process and it must been cooked before fermenting.
With the same time, Simultaneous liquefaction, saccharification and fermentation at very high gravity in the SLSF-VHG process, liquefaction, saccharification and fermentation were combined into 1 process and do it simultaneously. The longer the time is used, the higher the process efficiency. This process used lower temperatures than traditional ones and is unwanted to consume a lot of energy, cooling water and investment costs.
