To STRAINS Academic Board
Dear Sir/Madam:
It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Ahmed Alsaeed Abdalaziz to support his application for admission into STRAINS, advanced solid mechanics, program. I have known Mr. Ahmed Alsaeed Abdalaziz as an undergraduate in the mechanical power engineering department for more than 4 years. As a course instructor, I taught him Computer Application in MPE-1 course. I clearly noticed that he is a dedicated, self-motivated, and hardworking student of high intelligence who can think critically and handle the rigor of a competitive college environment. In addition, he always spends an extensive amount of time studying, and he obtained (very good) at this course.
Beyond his academic excellence, Ahmed has been volunteering at several student activities where he has been able to strengthen his soft skills. For instance, he was a member of (Breakin point) team and became the head of the team in the last year of his bachelor’s degree. He also participated in numerous competitions and events and represented Mansoura university in an international competition, the Global Hybrid-Electrical competition (GHEC) in Hurghada, last winter, he successfully led his team to win second place.
Overall, Ahmed exhibits the qualities of a successful person who has the ability to be a leader in his career. His charisma and maturity are qualities that are rare among undergraduates. As a faculty member who did his Ph. D. in Canada and worked as a post-Doctoral Fellow in Canada, I support him to join STRAINS, advanced solid mechanics, and I believe he will successfully complete your program. I am sure that, you will find him a hard-working, balanced individual with an amiable personality.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mohamed M. Awad
