Nowadays, we are living in an area where job opportunities are limited and there is a high level of competition for any vacancies that become available. As a result, young people suffer when business opportunities are scarce because of their lack of practice. There are many options that could be applied so young people could have the opportunity to have their dream career. Firstly, there is certainly evidence in my own country to support this situation. Companies are looking for people who have experience in that field and they do not want to risk by offering young people the post. For instance, many companies have older employers in which they trust and they are not easily replaced because they possess a depth of knowledge and experience. Moreover, many older people that have been made redundant are also actively seeking employment and because of this they are not longer any jobs. To conclude, many young people remain without a job because of the discrimination and the lack of trust. On the other hand, it is necessary that society should provide job for all who needed and it would be wrong to discriminate against someone on the basis of their age. For example, there should more jobs so that young people could have the opportunity to develop their skills and practice. Furthermore, companies should encourage not only to employ young people, but also to provide appropriate training and work progression so that they would not find themselves without a stable career.
