Dear Karan,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and the best of the spirit. It's been a long time since we met all our college mates after completing the Master's program. I am planning to organize a reunion party for batch 2015 on 25th March evening. The gathering will be at the party hall of the Royal Plaza Hotel, near our college campus. I purposely chose this location as we have so many nostalgic memories of performing various events at this arena.
It will be a theme party, and the dress code will be traditional attire. Firstly, we will do a meet and greet. After that, I arranged various exciting group fun activities such as musical chairs, dumb charades, and many more. Then, at last, we will have a delicious dinner and dance to the bits of western music.
After graduating, I got selected as a Software Developer in a leading start-up company located in Toronto. It's been an incredible journey for me to pursue my dream job.
I am excited to meet you on 25th March!
