Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my feelings about my suitcase that I lost last week while I was travelling from New York to Los Angeles. Eventhough, I speak with your customer service regarding lost baggage, nobody informed me about this issue until this time.
As I wrote before, I lost my luxury suitcase by travelling your airline on Tuesday February 15th at 4: 15pm. The color of suitcase was black and there were white stripes on it. In addition to color, I had attached name tag on it before I travelled. Furthermore, I was carrying not only very significant documents for my following business trip but also some private stuff inside the bag. In a short word, this suitcase should be found as soon as possible.
If suitcase cannot be found, I will need to talk with my insurance compnay to start all legal process to get back actual value of my bag. On the other hand, once you find it, my all contact information including my phone number and homw address was provided your company while I was getting plane ticket.
