Some people say that success is 10 percent talent and 90 percent hard work. Is hard work the keys to success or is talent also important?

Many people want to be succesful, but only a few people get to the top. It is often argued that hard work is the most important thing to be succeed whist other think it depends on person's natural ability. This essay will discuss both points of view and give my own opinion. According to some people, those who support this view believe that only determined and industrious people would be successful in whatever they do. Hard-working people usually attain their goals. For instance, a good doctor is person who have to work hard and do everything carefully with a heart of gold. This is an amble evidence for success without talent. On the other hand, talent is important, too. Although some people try hard, they do not achieve much because they are not naturally talented. I like drawing, but I will not make money unless I have the hands of a real artist. Similarly, if someone wants to be a businessman, they need to have good marketing skills. From my perpective, I think talent and hard work are two important keys, but there are other things to be successful. Age, luck, money and location are also help you achive your goals. So there can be many factors that contribute to success. In conclusion, I believe if a person wants to be successful, have to do a lot of elements that in my opinion the talent and hard struggle are the most important of them.
