The bar chart illustrates the emigration by the British people to five various places for the years 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. The data is calibrated in thousands. Overall, most of the British emigrants preferred Australia and Spain. On the other hand, New Zealand, the USA and France were less preferred by British emigrants. To begin with the top two chosen destinations, in 2004, emigration was just above 40, 000, which fell by 2, 000 in the next year. Then, it notched to just above the half in 2006 and later, fell to 43, 000. Regarding the emigration to Spain, it started with 34, 000 in 2004 and remained almost the same in 2005 as well. Then it reduced to below 30, 000 in 2007. In the case of British moving to other three countries, New Zealand’s emigration percentage started from 23, 000 and gradually reduced to 20, 000 in the final year. For the USA, in 2004 and 2006 the emigration rate was high with 23, 000. Whereas, for 2005 and 2007 was least with 18, 000 and 20, 000 respectively.
