It was often believed by some individuals that experienced employees are beneficial for the progress of the company; while other argue that youngsters contribute more. I staunchly agree with the later notion. This is because young employees has more knowledge about latest tools and technologies to accomplish tasks and passion to do all kinds of job efficiently. I will discuss both view points in upcoming paragraph.
To begin with, mature persons are pillar for their companies. They have more experience to do each and every type of the task effectively. Furthermore, an experienced workers has more experience and trick to solve every type of problems in the critical situations. For example, an article published in one of the renowned newspaper of India and that published that 35% of the private organizations hire experienced employee for their workplace for fulfill their targets.
However, younger employees are contribute more for the growth of their company. This is because they are working as freshers. Thus, they do more work hard to make their job safer. Apart from this, new generation workers have fond of advance tools and technologies. As a result, it provides fast and the better results on the low wage. For example, in Norway 45% companies adopt freshers and demanding more knowledge to performing task on particular platform.
In conclusion, younger employees are contribute more for the company as well as the society because the capability such aware about the latest technology, passionate towards their duties and power to take quick decision make them better than others.
