If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an in experienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary?

If you were a boss, you should employ experienced worker with lowly-paid or highly-paid. Which one would you like to choose? I completely agree with the statement, and I will develop my viewpoint as follows. The first reason I agree with it is that generally, salary uplifts employee’s satisfaction immensely. It is because if they get highly paid, they are able to feed their family, and the employee whose salary is high could purchase what they want to do and do what they dreamt to do; moreover, they would pay attention to work hardly on account of being paid more; in other words, how much money they earn is vital to themselves. Conceivably, if the companies recommend a lower salary for experienced workers they would reject them. Namely, in my country, the most experienced employees’ salary account for almost over 50 percentages of total salary expense. Therefore, employer would recruit experienced workers in a way of offering a huge amount of salary. The another case I agree with it is that company are able to make more money as they pay more to good employees logically. It is due to product useful commodities and to create excellent service. Additionally, most companies are successful as experienced employees are recruited at companies; that is, they impact on doing something accurately and swiftly. For instance, many studies have shown that there are most experienced people who are not lowly paid are in not only top companies but also developed countries. Hence, the more companies have experienced workers, the more they could make money. By way conclusion, I once again reaffirm my viewpoint that it is better to hire an in experienced worker at a higher salary on account of being happy with their salary and manufacturing amazing products.
