Everything starts with the new glass or plastic product that in about 3-8 weeks is collected and in maximum 10 days is transported to a recycling centre by specific trucks. At this point, after the process of sorting with different standard, the tow materials are divided and for give them a new life two different process are used.
Taking in exam the plastic, it is sorted by thickness and quality for then go trough other 4 steps called bundling, shredding, washing, melting and reshaping that is done by the same machine for finally have the new container.
For the glass the process is similar but differing from plastic, it is divided by color. Also here we have the same number of phase which are crushing, washing, melting and reshaping that must be done by different machines, that is the last passage.
