Why womans are rare in litrature and science

We all grow up hearing the names of successful writers or scientists since childhood. But almost 90% of them are always male individuals. I've always wondered why this is so. First of all, unfortunately, our world is mostly dominated by patriarchal society, especially in our country, this situation is really intense. Throughout history, women have always been treated as an item that determines the population of men, which is very sad indeed. Being born as a woman in our world almost means starting life behind 1-0. But I believe with all my heart that this situation will change completely and it has started to change. In ancient times, when women wrote a book, this book was either never published or was printed with a man's name so that it could be published. Rowling and Jane Austen, who are really extremely famous today, did the same. Because when people see a woman's name on a book, they don't think it's definitely worth reading. On the other hand, this situation is the same or even worse in science. Even today, according to researchers at Harvard, medical journals are 21 percent less likely to seek opinions from female scientists than their male counterparts with the same scientific expertise. In fact, last year my math teacher at school told me that women are significantly behind men in intelligence and that no woman has ever won a Nobel prize, and I think it's a really ignorant thought. Also, Marrie Curie is the first person in the world to win the Nobel Prize in Chemistry twice. And I think that in order for this situation to come to an end, women must be united. Because as long as the patriarchal society continues, women will continue to be intimidated, subjected to violence, and most importantly, killed. In conclusion, in my opinion, the reason why women are few in these fields is definitely the patriarchal society. And we have to deal with this situation to prove that women are not inferior people but are just as important and have a say men.
