I am writing with regard to recently appointment I had with your office, which I lost the chance to attend. While I am well aware that your schedules are quite full, I want to explain why I did not show up and also request for another mitting.
First of all, I have to say that I am terribly sorry for this foul up which happened at such short notice. I, however, have a reasonable cause for missing the interview which I hope you find it convenient. In fact, I was due to come to Ankara with a flight just a few hours before our meeting. All the same, upon arrival in the airport, I was informed that my flight would be delayed about 12 hours, which obviously made me to cancel the appointment.
Considering what happened to me was not my fault at all, I would be greatly appreciative if you could arrange another day for the interview as soon as possible. I also have supplied my phone number as well as my email address above.
