Dear dean!
I am a second-course dtudent of your faculty, studying in management group 2m-12. I have received the letter sent by university about my absence on lessons. I see that it is my responsibility to take part in classes without any exceptions. But depending on my health problems I could not attend the courses. The reason why I am off classes is that, I was injured during the car accident last month and I got a serious operation on me. According to the doctors, I hurt my stomach, spine and celebrum. Honestly, I cannot boast about my current situation. I am recovering day by day, as well. However, I am suffering from some difficulties in acting. So I am still at hospital and taking treatment procedures. I don't even know when the doctors will give permission to leave. But I promise, I will rework all themes which I have missed while treatment and go to additional courses so that not to fall behind the group.
PS: I will send you the copy of my medical history.
