In some countries people think women should have equality with men, in particular equal rights to work as police officers or serve in the Army. Others think women are not suitable for such jobs. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

In the present world, gender equality is still debatable question in many countries. In those nations, some people believe that women should be treated same as men in specific job services such as, police officers or lady army. Whereas, other people claim that women can not do such a certain jobs. This essay will explain both the arguments prior my opinion. To initiate with, it has been noticed that women are always treated as weak and fragile. However, sometimes government should recruit female candidates after taking special examination, because men can not do everything what women can do in this kind of jobs. Take an example of lady police, she can easily handle female criminals, especially in India, only one lady-officer can seize to lady-offender. However, on the other hand, it can not be neglected that women have the bunch of responsibilities too. Most of the community suggest to the women to do comfortable jobs only, which they can handle easily with dovetail to take care of their children and elders. Children needs quality of time from their parents to nurture them. Moreover, it can only be done by a mother who cam give best sacrament with their education. So, people think that women should do a type of job in which they can lead thir off-spring to a right growth trajectory. To sum up and offer my position i would say, similitude between men and women is utmost important, whether it is a job of police and army or it is of comfortable job with nurturing children.
