Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I lost my watch recently while travelling in one of your train. It is Apple's series 6 smart watch, which is all black in color.
I boarded your train 3451 from Thane on 24th of December which runs between Mumbai to Delhi on every Friday. This was an official trip with my office collegues. My watch's power was drained out completely, so I kept my watch to charge at the common charging point present in the train. As the train reached my destination station, I quickly got off the train. At this moment, I totally forgot about my watch and only realised about it when I reached at my hotel.
I called on your customer support number, but all in vain, no one answered the call. I would really appreciate if you can provide any kind assistance to me. Can you please check with staffs who where on duty in that train on that day.
