I fully agree with the difference of people's salaries.
Firstly, Variety between people's salaries is good way for a nation, In due in fact, People have been studying in all life untill they will reach a valuable in the future, And then earn extremely high salaries, Consequently, These high salaries are earned through effort and hardwork, Actually these action make the government consider extremely high salaries for hardworker and people that have high educations. If there are no difference in salaries, people will not efgort for high position, And they will not study.
Secondly, A number of people that earn high salaries are extremely crucial for progress of a country, Whatever in economic or political. For example: Boss of the bank who has vital job for preserve of people's money and offer services like: Mortgages, Large loan for large companies, his work is extremely crucial for people and government. It is true that he earns extremely high salary but he has high responsibility for doing his work.
