Some people say that supermarkets and manufacturers have a responsibility to reduce the amount of packaging on products they sell. Others believe that it is the consumer’s responsibility to avoid buying products which have a lot of packaging. Discuss both views and give your opinions.

Over the last few years, the growth of product packaging has increased dramatically. Although there are many people who think that it is an individual's duty not to purchase those productions having extra packages, I would agree with those who argue that manufacturing companies should reverse their trends to stop too much usage of covering. Firstly, it is vital that trading mainly depends on customers' choices. Therefore, if buyers evade choosing items with additional boxes, the company will lose its market. In other words, the lower the shoppers of these items are, the lower amount of packages are applied. In contrast, if people continue to buy these goods, more and more manufactures and markets try to spread these covers in their selling. Hence, it is necessary for individuals to avoid buying from mentioned companies. However, I believe creating this kind of boxing should be ceased by producers. It is because there would rarely be such packaging in the shopping centers, so most of the choices which offer too much coverage would be eliminated. For instance, one of Iran's high-quality cellphone case shops, Vina Cases (VC), covers each mobile guard with a sufficient, resistant plastic package; thus, both customers and company managers are satisfied with their choices because no spare materials are utilized. Conversely, if this company did not pay enough attention to its packaging idea, there would still be many buyers who decided to have this unique case. In conclusion, despite the benefit of reduction in sales that avoiding choosing products which excessively packaged can bring, it is my firm belief that the manufactures should stop producing extra covers on the basis that this may be a more efficient way to decrease packet's usage.
