The presented bar graph outlines the various factors which have significant impact on the performance of workers those aged from 18-30 and 45-60. A glance of the picture reveals that the main factors which affect both the group of workers almost in equall proportion is team spirit and money. It can be clearly observed that the chance for personal development and relaxed working environment mostly affect the worker aged from 18-30 following by promotional prospects which affect 80% performance of employees. It can be worth noticing that work environment impose equal impact on both groups. Workers aged from 45-60 were concerned most with money and team spirit compare to other factors. In contrast, the performance is less affected by the factor called job security which is around 20%.
