The map indicates town of Garlson with two possible locations for the supermarket.
The first potential site (S1) is located at the north of Garlson in the countryside, outside of the town between railway and Main Road. This site is next to the Industry area as it is near to the housing. 10000 people live in this area. This site is more accessible because you can reach there by both train and car in addition to that due to proximity to housing people also can walk to there.
The second probable location is approximately at the center of the town next to the railway. S2 is not only near to Main Road to Branston with 15000 population but also it is close to Cranston Main Road which is more populated than Branson. S2 is out of reach because there isn't any Main Road near there and it seems impossible to go there and food because people should pass through the industrial area.
to sum up, the first site would be a better choice than the second due to easy access but the second one is a better option because of proximity to Branson and Cransdon.
