Dear Sir JohnI am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction about the poor service provided by your hotel. In fact, I expected a better service from a hotel of your reputation but it was not what I waited. On the 25 the of January I booked a room intended for two people. After working hard during ten years as a doctor, I planned to have a holiday in order to keeping feet with my wife. When I reached to your hotel. I asked about my booked room before five days. Not only your workers did not know about this, but also they did not show another room for staying a day. We waited for four hours due to staying in that day. Your assistants serviced us as if we are guilty people. According to them, we were not there. They talked us very rudely. We were able to stay in that day yet next day we decided to go out from your hotel. I would prefer you to know about your workers comunication to the guests for increasing your foundation.
