Unpaid internships are good or bad

Unpaid internships are good or bad l170Q
In some nations, institutions arrange work opportunities for pupils without charging them any fees to get hands-on experience. In my opinion, giving this privilege to students' has greater pros than cons. Firstly, when kids get the chance to acquire in-person training at different jobs sector, they become ready to enter into the real job market after they graduate which furthermore declines the pressure, anxiety, and hesitation they could face while working with a more experienced crowd. Moreover, students already pay a huge amount of tuition fees, so asking money to make them job-ready would be quite unfair. To exemplify, in the University of Windsor, people enrolled in the computer science program get the opportunity for getting a co-opportunity which makes them familiar with the interview processes, salary expectations, and working in a high-tech environment. Moreover, schools have tie-ups with numerous workplaces and they get some kind of commission whenever they introduce young and talented applicants to them. There are several people from middle-class families who cannot afford paid internships for their kids. So giving their young ones a chance to experience what is happening in the job sector is good work indeed. In addition, a few students get hired permanently by employers due to their work ethics and soft skills. However, some children become ignorant when they are hired for internships and do not meet the company's expectations which causes a detrimental effect on the school's reputation. Also, when colleges start spoon-feeding, kids start relying on them for all aspects and become dependent on their teachers and supporting staff. Sometimes, institutions pay by themselves to get their children hired which costs them a huge amount of money. To conclude, schools' should hold the responsibility of providing the best work experience to their students without charging them any extra fees as the advantages of doing so overweighs the disadvantages.
