Hope you're doing well. When I received your letter last week, I realised that we haven't talked in months. I am writing with some news.
As you know, currently I am working at an Engineering company and our company has organized a conference which will be held in your town for three days from 15th January until 18th January. It is mandatory for employees to participate for this event as this the first ever conference organized by our company.
Since I have never visited your town before, I am not aware about the places around your city. So, can I stay at your home during this period? I hope that this won't interfere with your plans.
During my stay, I can take care of all my expenses including food, travel and sanitary items I need. Also, I can bring additional pillows and blankets if you don't have any.
Anyway let me know if you can let me stay at your home during these three days. I hope to see you soon.
