Dear Sir or Madam, I appreciate the time that was allocated to my group ( R. M Group) to practice in the community hall. Unfortunately, we have been announced that we will not be able to exercise in there anymore. I am writing to inform you regarding the positive effect of our group in society. R. M group produces and performs songs for people in different ages. Moreover, we teach how to play musical instruments to youth in our spare time. Our group is famous among youngsters, They are inspired to become upcoming citizens. We also offer our teaching for free. Therefore, a vast number of people benefit from our presence in the hall. I recommend that you give us a chance to practice again on a regular basis. If the hassel that was occured is due to the days of our practice, It would be a good idea to reschedule the days.
