In recent years, some countries' populations have far more young people compared to older people. When we look closer at these countries that have a population like this, we see undeveloped countries. There are some debates as to whether a young population is valuable to a country or not. As of 2000, the world's most crucial crises have started which were unemployment, food and energy crises. These are all directly based on overpopulation. Most developed countries have foreseen these issues before 2000’s and they have created some strategies about family planning. This approach brought many advantages for them such as a highly gross national product, sufficient resources and a peaceful environment, and etc. They have enjoyed many more benefits until the end of the 2010’s. Then, they have started to look for employees for unqualified work. Nowadays, developed governments, such as the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia, are still inviting people to come and work in some specific jobs. When we analyze the older population issue, we are able to determine just the employment area problem. It is the opposite with undeveloped or developing countries. In these countries, such as Turkey, Bulgaria, Pakistan, Brazil, and others, people can not find a job easily, while the developed countries’ employers can not find employees for their companies. Overall, If developed countries regulate their population planning and achieve an achievement with a balanced plan, there will be no more adverse working environment for both their companies and employees. We have clear examples of this population issue, and only there are a few disadvantages to having more older citizens than younger.
