Dear Neighbours,
My sincere apologies for the noise from my house that has inconvenienced you and your family.
The noise is caused from the extensive renovations that are taking place in my house. We recently discovered that the woodwork in our house is in very poor condition and was advised to replace it with brand new concrete tiles. As we have young kids in our house, we decided to get started on the renovation as soon as possible to reduce the risk of the woodwork falling on them.
However, I do recognise that the renovation creates a-lot of noise which causes great disturbance to you. Hence, I plan to limit the renovation to weekdays between 8am and 4pm. I believe that most of us would be out for work and the kids would be in school during that time window. Therefore, by undertaking the renovation only during this specific timing, the inconvenience that you face will be greatly reduced.
I really appreciate your understanding and once again apologise for the inconvenience caused.
