Many animals are being hunted to the brink of extinction in order to fulfill the demand and greed of mankind for decorative purposes as well as for other reasons, such as traditional medicine.

These days, more and more rare breeds of living creatures are being killed due to a diverse variety of reasons. Although in a plethora of countries hunting endangered species is strongly prohibited, some people attempt doing it illegally. Are there any ways of preventing and combating the eradication of such animals? Generally, multiple worldwide organizations and communities are steadily working on preserving endangered animals, yet such labour is often unsuccessful. Above all, we need to understand the fact that by far not beasts are able to adapt to living in captivity or sanctuaries, so it is almost impossible to guard all the necessary breeds. Unfortunately, a great majority of people clearly understands this fact and continue eradicating them for different purposes such as traditional medicine or making decorative items. On the other hand, there are some methods of tackling this issue, but for the sake of saving disappearing species we have to completely alter mankids`s attitude to such animals. Nowadays, a huge variety of humans are indifferent to this kind of problems and for them it sounds better to kill a poor animal and gain profit, rather than create the needed conditions for these beats with a view of trying to expand their population. To recapitulate, I believe that it is almost impossible to preserve and protect all the breeds that are on the brink of extinction, but we can perform various actions to save species that are able to live and being bred in captivity or in limited-area reservations.
