Why is participation in this program important to you?

It is never too early or late to begin or maintain developing leadership skills, regardless of our career or development stage. A set of academic achievements is commonly measured. Being a student who has always been willing to fix things and whose participation is so important to me, the best thing I could do is develop my leadership abilities, especially in the twenty-first century. The pressure we humans have put on our mother planet has been significant. To solve this problem, humans must do so. Scientist Peter Kalmus estimates that if carbon emissions do not decrease, people will suffer the consequences in three years. My best course of action as a student to handle and assist with that problem is to gradually inform my family, friends, class, and school. But until I possessed the necessary leadership abilities, I could not instruct them. I need to be skilled at taking the initiative, managing initiatives, and motivating others to give an example and educate others. Due to this, SEAYLP is the only program I can enroll in; as a result, it's an important decision for me. To summarize, my participation in this program is valuable to me because of the lessons I will learn about leadership and giving thanks to our environment, which will fulfill a long-held desire of mine. As a result, I believe this program improves morale and retention, boosts productivity, promotes better decision-making, builds strong teams, and prepares future leaders.
