Hope this letter finds you in a good health and sprits. It was my pleasure to look after your house in your absence. I need to inform you that by mistake the vase on your dining table has been broken.
Yesterday I was free from my office work and to kill the time I start cleaning, whole house including the walls, doors were cleaned and at the water jar was on the table beside that vase and when I picked it up but accidently it fell from my hand and that jar met with that beautiful vase which got broken by falling off from the dining table.
I felt very heart broken because that vase seems to be very special. But the damage I caused it can be fixed. I searched for that vase online and when I found one I ordered it. It will be deliver to you in couple of days.
I apologize again and I hope that you can find this new vase appealing.
