Nowadays, the world is very diverse and lots of profession are emerging. The national athletes, championships and entertainment industries are growing each year too. So popular athletes and entertainers earn high income than other professionals. For my opinion, I support them to deserve such high salaries because they rises up nation pride and support the country income in the respective ways.
There are lots of examples as popular athletes and entertainers showing off their nations to be proud. One of the real-world examples is the Korean Entertaining industry. The famous K-pop idol earns millions of dollars for their acting skill and their performance are spreading so rapidly around the world. Not only from Asian countries but also from Western communities accept them and acknowledge the Republic of Korea cultures and vibes. Their country cannot do any great effort to get the attention from the world.
Again, the nation athletes are one of the main supporters for their country income. Because of them, Korea earns uncountable profit from the tourisms around the world. It is mainly contributing to the nation business at least 40% in maximum as per their national data.
As per the above reasons, I strongly encourage the famous athletes and entertainers are well-deserved getting high salaries. Not only about the salaries but also the non-financial benefits should be provided to them. It is a kind of investment for the nation too.
