Pho is always in my heart.

Vietnam is well-known for its diverse and rich cuisine, but Pho's always the best choice for me. A bowl of pho is mouthwatering and satisfied by the harmonious taste of the ingredients. The major ingredients are specific rice noodles and beef or chicken broth, with thin cuts of meat. Besides, Pho is usually served with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, green onions, slices of lemon, or other accompaniments such as hot chili sauce. Nowadays, we can see Pho not only in restaurants or roadside eateries in Vietnam, but also becomes a part of a foreign country’s cuisine. Thus, Pho is the pride of my country’s culinary culture. And my dad and I are big fans of Pho, so he makes Pho for me twice a week. The great thing is that in each recipe he used, the tastes were different, but they were all excellent. That's why I think making Pho at home is very easy. In other words, all you need is a good recipe, a few secrets, a big pot, and plenty of hours to cook Pho. Yet, the time it takes to make the Pho broth is worth it, and you'll end up with a broth that’s tasty to the last drip. A steaming bowl of Pho will bring a sense of delectation and boost my energy, especially when "under the weather”. In short, if a foreigner travels to Vietnam and asks me for a meal, I’ll proudly recommend Pho- my favorite dish.
