Overall, male employees brought home significantly more money than female counterparts.
The gender wage gap was greatest in the UAE, where men earn three and half times more than women. Similarly, the gap in Qatar is nearly as large. When men earn two and half times as much as women. The median annual wage in Qatar is the highest, with men earning in excess of 160, 000. Whereas females' salaries are close to 60, 000. Compared to their opposite numbers in the Middle East, mela employees in China earned far less. However, they still earned 6, 000 dollars more than women working in China.
