Schools in Kazakhstan can be ineffective. Why? How to solve it?

Schools in Kazakhstan can be ineffective. Why? How to solve it? XbeGN
Nowadays there is a rapidly growing trend of globalization. In accordance with this, we can clearly say that new requirements are being imposed on the quality of education in all countries in the world, and Kazakhstan is not an exception. And by comparing our country with more developed countries, it is possible to determine and solve the problems of ineffectiveness of our schools. Developed countries have a material-technical base that corresponds to the technical progress. In our country, not all of schools have this base. Only schools like NIS, Haileybury Astana and BILIM-Innovation lyceum can be described as well-equipped. For school subjects it is important to use computer classes, specialized laboratories, microscopes, the Internet and etc. Unfortunately, not all schools are provided with everything, I personally studied at one of these schools that don’t have certain materials for subjects. In laboratory works, we only copied everything that was written in the books, and there were not enough chemicals, flasks and test tubes for experiments. We didn't understand what kind of process was going on. The second problem is the motivation of teachers. The improper one can affect on teaching methods. In our country, many future teachers take their specialty because of prestige, salary, scholarship, or because their parents said so. Due to the lack of desire to become a teacher, and the focus of higher education on teaching, not on the subject in which they specialize, teachers have poor qualifications. In my opinion, there are two ways of solving the first problem. Schools can be more effective and qualitative by allocating funds from the Republican budget for the equipment of the necessary base, or by merging schools that do not meet the requirements into one boarding school. For the second problem I recommend to conduct more career guidance work at schools, so that entrants can decide what to choose carefully. Raising the status of a teacher by making it harder to get into pedagogical university and to get a work also may help to think twice before taking decision to become a teacher. In conclusion, I want to say that schools in Kazakhstan are not close to perfect and developed, but there are several solutions to make them more effective for school students, so that they will be able to understand subjects without any omission in the school curriculum, or facing teacher that are not competent.
