In this modern era, many people want to spend luxurious lifestyle due to advent of technology. Eventhough, a lot of public move from countryside land to urban sprawl for exploring jobs which can be done by rampant issues for both areas. I will elaborate cause and action for solving this trouble in forth coming paragraphs. To begin with, people shift from agricultural places to urban for earning money which is happened by umpteen reasons. firstly, educated generation do not want farming, while they try to spend luxurious life as compare to har working. Another reason is that farming is main occupation in countryside land. consquentaly, whole life and family of farmers holisticly depend on farming. After lot of hard work, farmers do not earn bread and butter according to their willings. Apart from it, basic fundamental such as health care system, education institution etc. are not reinforce. As result, folks are moving towards the urban for getting basic fundamentals. There are various ways to deal with this trouble which can be taken by government in countryside land. Government should make policy in which farmer may get umpteen benefits regarding the farming. For instance, farmers would obtain free seeds, equipments and tools as well as welfare progrrams which inspire to farmers for doing farming. Moreover, government can establish sheer factories on barren land. This activity gives breeding ground to employment for educated people. In conclusion, both places have a defferent type of emphasis for habitats. According to me, government should provide modern tachniques insteed of traditional methods for farming which may bring employment for people
