In many countries, a small number of people earn extremely high salaries. Some people believe that this is good for the country, but others think that governments should allow salaries above a certain level. Do you agree or disagree

There are different views that government should adopt a maximum legislation. However, some people believe that employees allow to earn as much as companies are willing to pay. Personally, I agree with the opinion that people should be capped at a certain level. On the one hand, by introducing a limit on earning will have a few beneficial effect on personal interests and society. It can be mentioned that the difference of wage between normal person and executive is seemed to huge so the pay gap can be reduced. Therefore, people's living would be better. Moreover, some studies have noticed that countries with a narrower income gap often have lower the rates of poverty and crime than these experiencing income inequality. On the other hand, there are various reasons why it is considered advantageous to allow people to be paid extremely different salaries. Firstly if businesses offer excellent pay packages, it will attract more talented people. For instance, technology companies like Google are able to possess a well-educated and skilled workforce, because they have to pay an enormous wage for their staff. In addition, well-paid employees can become highly motivated to work hard so drive their companies successfully. On contrary, unless they feel satisfied about their earning, they could leave and work in foreign country that due to cause national business great damage. In conclusion, I believe that governments should establish a cap on the wages of the highest earners in society. A limited percentage of people make exceptionally high salaries in various countries.
