An Electronic Entity - "Television", has been dominating and became an integral part in the society, From many decades, people spend their leisure time watching televsion and also as technology started advancing to new heights, even redefining of television also took shape at regular intervals and people stared adapting to latest versions.
There are numerous advantages like bursting the stress levels, exploring new contenet by watchig televsion becasue it is considered as the cheapest form of entertainment where in today's generation, there are many tv channels that we can watch and explore, so on that note after a busy hectic day, watching such leisure programs can reduce anxiety, stress levels to a greater extent and can create optimistic evironment.
On the other side of the coin, there are also disadvantages associated, where excessive watching of televsion can lead to eyesight problems and as per the statistics from the recent five years, children are suffering from eye-sight related diseases from a very young age, also at times it can lead to changes in emotional, psychological behaviour of an individual.
