More and more qualified people are moving from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas like engineering, computing and medicine. Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people, rich countries are stealing from poor countries. The people are not satisfied with their position in this rapid moving life. Everyone wants to earn good and need to leave a wealthy lifestyle. While, some shows courage to move out of their own country for betterment of their future, whereas others cannot. Besides some think that serving other land will take away smart brains from the countries. Let us discuss on both the aspects.
Though, with high qualification and good talent, youth are not getting right package in its own country and are pushed towards depression. So, they opt to migrate to other regions for betterment of their life and family. If the other parts in the world are wealthy and can afford you based on your skill levels, then one should not limit its boundaries. Everyone likes to get better pay at the end of day to reach their dream milestone.
In addition to this, when continents have special vacancy and if they are running out of the employees, it is always smarter to hire skilled workforce from anywhere. So, practically it would be benificial to both rich and poor country to uphold the person choices, who is willing to move. For example, everyone knows that Google CEO is Sundar Pichai, though he is serving USA, but he is Indian and Indians are proud of him. This people in turn may help their own countries by helping when required.
I agree with the statement that person should be encouraged and enjoy guilt free life and can stay anywhere in world to serve appropriate position. In return, they are requested to help their montherland as and when require to make all proud.
