Some people believe that the best way to run a business is within the family while others consider this a potential source of problems. Do the the advantages of a family business overweight disadvantages?

It is argued that busniess should be operated within the family and some believe that busniess partner should not be a blood relation. I will be throwing light on pros and cons for both the situations. Every coin has 2 sides, looking at one side of the coin, knowing the weaknesses and strengths of family help boost the bunsiness. The occupation could be carried away into many generations which solidifies the trade and eliminate outside competition. For instance, two brothers are running a business and one brother carries the client responsibility and other handles factory employees there is very minimal chance that someone would double cross. Furthermore, partners from non family background tie up it gives extra room for booming a industry. Growing up in different families could help generate new ideas and flourish business. Moving on to other side of the coin, different ideas lead to disputes and causing issues within the family. While, running it with someone else can lead to property disputes or unfair practices that could destroy the trade. Furthermore, in family busniess you get too involved that individuals forget their family life. For example, vacations with complete family are next to impossible as one of the member has to stay to look after the busniess. To conclude, running a trade with your loved ones is prefered according to me as it gives you more freedom to run the way you want. Both sides has its own advantages and disadvantages.
