Some people say that the best way to improve health is by increasing the number of sport facilities others however say this would have a little effect on public health and other measures are required. Discuss both views and give relevant examples and your opinion.

It is argued that sport facilities play a major role in improving health while others disbelief and states that other measures should be conducted. I, however, believe that although sport facilities may play a role in better life but others means should be considered as well. On the one hand, availability of sport area at everyone's convenience can greatly improve the sedentary lifestyle of the citizens. Nowadays many jobs are desk bound which further mitigate the physical activity. For example, many people working in IT sectors and house wives have a sedentary way of living. Installation of sport facilities will eventually impose a good impact on everyone's health. On the other hand, some individuals states that dietary modification should be considered foremost as it plays a pivotal role towards a healthy life. A full nutrient meal in the morning keeps the mind and body active through out the day. For instance, a malnourished individual will not be able to perform effectively in any area. Also, a person having excess of unhealthy diet will always be at risk of major organs failure. In my opinion physical activities like playing sports, doing some physical workouts and a balanced diet go hand in hand for a healthy life. To summarize, some people believe installing more and more sport facilities can help in improving health while others think that a balanced diet should be the first priority to be considered. In my view nutritional and physical activities work better together.
