Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. 1N7ON
Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. It is argued by a section of society that professional workers like doctors and engineers should provide their duties in those cities in which they got their training. However, others and I opine that they should provide their duties as they wish, no matter what city is. On the one hand, there are two main reasons why some people believe that well skilled professionals should work in those countries, which are provide them training related to their profession. The first and foremost one is that they should return to those countries in which they got their training and become well skilled as their duties. To put it simply, they should do some work for their cities and help to boost the economy of their own country. For instance, a doctor can open their own hospital in his own country, which had provided training to him, and serve for humanity. The other one is that professionals know the problems of their societies in which they grow. If they serve for their country and take some steps for mitigating the issues, it will beneficial for them as well as for the government and individuals. Others and I believe that highly skilled professionals should be free to do their jobs in another states as well. The first reason for this belief is that every human has the right to do his work and live his life according to his tastes. As a result, they might be become more productive because they have less government pressure on their minds. The second one is that if professionals provide their services in other areas, they can connect with other civilizations as well and they can understand and gain knowledge about other cultures. Therefore, they can enhance their social network and it will impact indirectly on their performances. To conclude, although some individuals think that doctors and engineers should provide their duties in their own societies in which they got training, I personally believe that they should be free to choose their area of service.
