Afraid of death very much

Afraid of death very much RDxk8
Everyone in this world, from a six-year-old child to an eighty-year-old man, has something to fear. A child might fear being in the ocean or the dark; an old man, on the other hand, might fear losing mental capabilities or even life. Although fears might also change throughout a lifetime, most people do remain scared of something. There are, however, things I’m so scared. I am afraid of death. Death is inevitable, and everyone knows that. Human behavior is naturally curious about the specifics of their own demise. Some acute events will essentially create the fear of death on their own. Some make anxiety disorders worse or more common, and some are completely independent. The fear of death may be a phobia itself, and not the result of an anxiety symptom. The fear of death is a common cause and effect of anxiety, and even those without anxiety often experience this fear in some ways. Therefore, Death is an inseparable part of life. If we are to live life honestly and without fear, we have to also accept that death is ultimately inevitable. Death should not cause us to live in fear, but rather to live our life in the very best way that we can.
