First and foremost is they have great curiosity to become early richest person. In present era, a person have big desires but they don't have enough money to fullfill their needs. If they work in organisation then they only earn sufficient money in which they complete their daily wages. So, to gain more and directly profit they want to be self- employed. Further more, if they do their own business then they have no burdon about their task. They easily complete their work without any strain and under pressure. On the flip side, if we disscus drawbacks of being self- employed then the first one is they have no proper holidays. In their own business they give priority to complete their work even in weekend rather than to spend time with their work kith and kin. Moreover, a. great predicament in running a self-employed bussines is loose. For instance, if own business does not run property and in this the owner incurs a loss. Then again set up their business they suffered with great problems. To recapitulate, it has both pros and cons but if natives establish their own business, the ratio of the employment would be decline and they become extrovert. However, in companies they get a lot of experience about national and on international level.
