Some people say that teenagers should work part-time and earn money. This way they will learn basic lessons about work and become more disciplined. Others argue that teenagers shouldn't sacrifice their rest and after-school activities to work. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is a discussable topic that whether puberty age individuals should work part-time. Some people advocate that if teenagers work before jump into to professional life, they can learn crucial skills they will need in the future whereas others think they need time to take rest or to do activities. In this essay I will argue about merits and demerits of working as teenagers and give my opinion. On the one hand, it is important to gain some essential soft skills before begining to the work life. These skills not only provide to adapt easily into professional life, but also increase a chance of getting the job. To be specific, while young people working in a place they have to opportunity to learn a number of soft skills such as flexibity, team-work and time management which are cruicial to remain work-balance. Moreover, there are many examples which include the individuals who are succesfull in their job have early working experience. On the other hand, working in young ages may affect people’s social life and their future. To embark on, because of the work they can not focus on properly their courses, this may result in low marks and no acceptence from universities. Additionally, they may not create a time to join social activities such as doing sport or interest in a hobby. These may lead teenages give up to take further education or feel more depressive than other peers of them who are not working. To conclude, society argues about pros and cons of working in young ages. It can be countable as a advantageous to learn specific abilities which are required for professional life, however it can steal their time to study or to join activities. In my opinion, the skills I mentioned above are important to have succesfull work and daily life, therefore I support to work in part-time job in puberty ages.
