Owing to the fact that they ought to complete vivid types of the task previously to going for the job such as wake up early, take bath, prepare bag, making lunch box, getting ready and consequently on. At that time, they ought to seen much hustle and bustle. Secondly, when the person came back home after the works consequently he or she is feels low energetic. The reason behind is they take numerous work stress during at workplace. To following this, they have not time to go for walking and also not to maintain regular timeframe. On other sides, the major reason behind to not walk for long distance in light of the evidence that their laziness, lack of confidence. In addition, people are not aware about playing outdoor gives a plethora of benefits to them rather than to plays in one room. To conclusion, after seeing both argue, I like to share my opinion that walking is plays essential role to our life due to the law it helps to bulling up our long life. Consequently, wake up early, step and walk till you not get your goal.
