In my opinion, one of the most important world leaders is Queen Elizabeth from the United Kingdom because of two main reasons which I will explain further in the following paragraphs. First of all, Queen Elizabeth is a great inspiration for woman empowerment. Obviously, everyone knows about the story of the queen where she ascended to the throne when the country was financially messed up because of war, consequently, she had to learnt how to manage tasks and make decisions. For example, in the war, the queen didn’t run and hide in the palace but she stepped up to the soldiers and inspired them to win the battle. I think I could reflect on her as an important leader who knows her worth and so, she knows that she has a power to control, influence and support the people around her without focusing on gender equality where people still assume that the leader of a country should be a king. Second, Queen Elizabeth has a quality as a leader. Surely we know that the leader has a big responsibility, furthermore, most of the teamwork achievement depends on how the leader takes the decisions, in other words, she needs to think forward in many aspects and anticipate what might occur in the future. For instance, most people believed that leaders have to care and hear the mass opinions and as I see, in spite of a valid reason to not support the people because of unreasonable requests, the queen supports the people in her own way and that is the reason why people adore her. So, I assume that the achievement of a country is not only depend on the leader only but also the people who want to obey it or not.
