In some developing countries,it is difficult to get teacher to work in rural areas which can have a negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities. why do you think good teachers do not want to work in rural areas in developeing countries?what could be done to solve this problem?

In this rapidly changing world education provides people with information and abilities, for this reason it is the main theme of today. Getting high quality education we need expert teachers, however many teachers do not want to go to poor standardised villages and give knowledge to pupils here. In my point of view, paying greater wage can solve this issue Today every children have access to get qualitative education. Only specialists can satisfy education requirements. It is noticeable that, cities offer more wonderful work opportunities and a higher level of living than rural areas. Especially for teachers there are many comforts such as educationional centres or private schools with high bills. As a human every of us strives to live better as soon as urban areas is the best option. From my own experience I can mention that I live in Zarafshon city and expense of educating students is higher than countrysides. However every problem has its own solution. Firstly create unforgettable and wonderful atmosphere for teachers, like observing nature, Predominant thing that we never let teachers feel homesick. Then more bill must be paid as soon as giving high quality education has the potential to make a constructive contribution to society. The last solution of mine is develop rural places. There are many problems between the urban and rural areas. If all conditions and facilities are in the same level there will be no inequality. In conclusion, whenever for taking qualitative education we need professionals we must attract them everywhere especially to villages. Schools prepare students to be productive members of society. I must mention that we live in time when money can solve all problems.
